Intense Core
This all levels 45 min. class focuses on core strength and stability. Your abs and obliques will be challenged incorporating twists and balance work. Set to upbeat music, Intense Core integrates principles of pilates and low impact, high intensity drills to encourage sweating, detoxification, and fat burning.
Mobility Vinyasa
This all levels 45 min. vinyasa flow class includes a variety of core strengthening exercises. Class incorporates both verbal and tactile adjustments to promote healthy posture and alignment. Over time you will create depth in your poses, challenge your balance, and improve flexibility and strength. This is an all levels class appropriate for beginners and practiced to music.
Yoga Sculpt
In this 45 min. class the combination of yoga flow and sculpting gives you the best of both worlds: improved balance, mobility, and body alignment of yoga with the addition of hand weights to intensify each pose resulting in increased metabolism, stronger leaner muscles, and healthy bones. Weights are optional and class is practiced to music.
Yoga 26
This 45 minute class is a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises incorporating both verbal and tactile adjustments. This static, therapeutic, and energizing class is great for those new to yoga, recovering from injury, or looking for a challenging yet healing practice. The class promotes a steady progress of mobility, strength, and mental focus and discipline. Practiced to music.
