Mission
Strength Thru Mobility is all about having fun and finding out what your body can do for you. My mission is to offer adaptable and approachable instruction in a friendly environment allowing participants to feel welcome and encouraged in their practice. The yoga flows at Strength Thru Mobility are set at a reasonable pace giving opportunities for verbal and tactile adjustments and perfect for beginners as well as students looking to go deeper into poses and trying advanced variations such as step, float or fly in sun salutations. If you are ready to work on advanced poses, sign up for the "Float and Fly" training where we work on wrist strength and mobility as well as developing the core strength and body awareness for the advanced floating, handstand, and arm balance skills.
