Lift and Flow
High energy 45 minute class practiced to upbeat music. The first half of class incorporates interval training using either cardio barbells or weight circuit to build strength, increase endurance, and burn calories. The circuit portion is followed by a yoga flow allowing increased mobility and flexibility to condition and aid your muscles in recovery.
Weight training
This small group full body weight training class lasts between 45 minutes to 1 hour. You will build a strong foundation and increase strength through super sets and/or circuit training. Experienced lifters are offered accelerated options. Class begins with full body dynamic warm up to ignite your energy and prepare your muscles for lifting. End of class may include ab work and/or foam rolling techniques to aid in muscle recovery.
Float and Fly mobility training
Have you ever heard the cue, step or "float" forward, or been given the option to "fly" in class? If this is where you want to be in your practice, this class is for you! Body weight exercises and drills are used to work core engagement, play with strength and mobility, and develop the body awareness needed for handstands, arm balances, floating, and flying skills.
