 Strength Thru Mobility is all about having fun and finding out what your body can do for you. My mission is to offer adaptable and approachable instruction in a friendly environment allowing participants to feel welcome and encouraged in their practice. The yoga flows at Strength Thru Mobility are set at a reasonable pace giving opportunities for verbal and tactile adjustments and perfect for beginners as well as students looking to go deeper into poses and trying advanced variations such as step, float or fly in sun salutations. If you are ready to work on advanced poses, sign up for the "Float and Fly" training where we work on wrist strength and mobility as well as developing the core strength and body awareness for the advanced floating, handstand, and arm balance skills.

Whether you are looking for beginner or advanced yoga training, or want to burn calories and build strength and endurance in a circuit, cardio barbell, or weightlifting class allowing for personal and adaptable instruction, then this studio is for you! Our group classes include yoga, circuit, barbell, weightlifting, as well as Float  and Fly mobility training. Strength through mobility is about building strength by lengthening to your end range of motion. It is about keeping your body young through dynamic functional movements, depth of poses, and strength building workouts. We recognize that each person's physical needs and interests are unique and find what works for each person to stay healthy and motivated. This private residential studio offers small group classes and private and semi-private personal training and workshops.
